Nicolas Corniglion

Graduated with D.E.A. of General Private Law in 2001 – Paris II-Panthéon Assas University, under the direction of Professor Christian Larroumet.
Sessional lecturer with doctoral fellowship from 2001 to 2004 – Paris II-Panthéon Assas University in property law, contract and special contract law.
PhD student until 2006 at Paris II-Panthéon Assas University. His thesis subject was “The interest to contract”, under the direction of Professor Alain Ghozi.
Attorney-at-law – Sworn-in before the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal on January 2009.
Nicolas main activity consists in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, as well as pleading on a regular basis before the first degree and appeal Courts, representing clients in commercial, construction, real estate law and criminal litigation.
He arbitrated several cases in international arbitration (National Arbitration and Mediation).
